Typically people may buy a potted plant in a supermarket and have no way of knowing how to care for the plant. If available, labels may have some minimal information on them. Basic light and temperature requirements to come.

My daughter bought a beautiful potted daffodil, hoping to keep it in her room. Within days, all the flowers died and the plant generally looks terrible. She tried finding info on the web, so I told her I would ask you and see what we could do for this poor plant!

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A CALLA LILLY PLANT IN MARKS AND SPENCER. I HAVE HAD IT FOR THREE WEEKS AND SOME OF THE FLOWERS HAVE GONE BROWN AND WITHERED. THE LEAVES LOOK HEALTHY AND IT IS IN A BRIGHT POSITION AND WARM. PLEASE ADVISE HOW LONG I CAN EXPECT THE FLOWERS TO LAST AND WHAT TO DO WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE FINISHED. IT IS NOT IN A DRAINING POT IT IS IN THE POT IN WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED. THANK YOU
